Description and scope of completed work
The work involved demolition of a 40-metre brick industrial chimney at the JUGOHROM ALZAR DOOEL factory in Tetovo, Macedonia.
Before demolition, the stainless steel cap at the top of the chimney was carefully removed, together with the steel ladders and ladder cages. The damaged reinforced concrete ring was carefully demolished with cutting of the reinforcement, followed by demolition of the brick chimney shaft.
The work took place in September 2016, with a stated completion period of 10 days.
