From a trade to a family tradition
Arizanović gradnja d.o.o., the successor to the Arizanović family business, has a long tradition in construction. The family trade traces its roots to 1936, when the Arizanović brothers began learning the craft and working on factories and industrial chimneys across the former Yugoslavia.
Founded in Crna Trava
The private craft business ARIZANOVIĆ M. STOJADIN was founded on 5 May 1954 in Crna Trava, then within the Vlasotince district. The business operated continuously under the family name, passing from one generation to the next.
The third generation and business continuity
On 12 September 2008, the third generation of the family re-registered the business as Privredno društvo za izvođenje građevinskih radova Arizanović gradnja d.o.o. Beograd. The change of legal form continued the family’s work, experience and name.
Specialist fields of work
Over time, activities have included construction, rehabilitation, adaptation, installation of fire-resistant or refractory materials, lightning protection, lighting and daytime marking, demolition and cleaning of industrial chimneys, silos and tunnel kilns, together with other specialist building work.
People and equipment over time
The company’s earlier historical account records a team of two civil engineers and four to ten qualified tradespeople trained for work at height. Specialist personnel and appropriate certified equipment were identified as the basis for delivering these activities.
Construction and rehabilitation in figures
According to the family record, 12 industrial chimneys and tunnel kilns had been built by 1941. From 1947 onwards, the historical account records the construction of more than 50 industrial chimneys, flue ducts and tunnel kilns, as well as more than 600 successful rehabilitation projects.
Broad experience and our own solutions
Alongside work on chimneys, silos, flue ducts and tunnel kilns, the company carried out civil engineering and building construction. Drawing on years of experience, three patents were registered with LICENC-BIRO under RUBRUM No. M-43/98: external modular chimney ladders, movable signal lighting and lightning protection — a lightning receptor.
