Testing brick and concrete chimneys

We test the strength and wall thickness of brick and concrete industrial chimneys and take the necessary samples. One example is the reinforced concrete chimney assessment at the Konjarnik heating plant, which included measurements, recording and core sampling to establish the quality of the concrete and reinforcement.

Steel chimneys, components and earthing

For steel industrial chimneys, we carry out ultrasonic measurement of the shell thickness. We inspect all chimney parts, including steel elements, and assess their functionality and safety. The service also includes earth electrode resistance measurement.

Condition records and recommendations

Following inspection and testing, we prepare certificates and condition records with proposed rehabilitation measures. Documenting the condition allows subsequent maintenance and rehabilitation decisions to be based on assessment results rather than assumptions.
